Actually I decided to quit and sell my accounts. Tetibe rasa sayang pulak kat Gengkey ni... total time played 34 days xx hours xx min. That's the last time i checked with /played. So I will just let Gengkey rot in my account, and wait until the spirit to explore Northrend come back.

Yo yo yo... i got the chance to enter the new world of Nothrend, courtesy of my friend Irdaq who got was very very very very very very very very lucky to get the key for WOtLK beta tester. Dark Knight is soooooo cooollllllllll... haha starting at level 55 i bet when Wotlk comes out people will reroll it for its coolness....
1.8 gig client, almost 800mb patches. +- 12 hours for download. Emphhh emphhh...

Pencirit dikesan. DK at level 72. Levelling along the way from 55. See he got haste trinket. Maybe haste is quite important stat for WOTLK. Who knows...

My 1st Mount Hyjal raid. 5 hours, wiping 4 times at Anetheron, and I can have Nethervoid Cloak! 3rd best in the game, after Kiljaedan and Illidan drop. Ngahahaaha... btw i got it because semua warlock dah ada, kalo tak jangan harap la...
Extremely low drop rate. According to wow armory. But I saw it dropped 2 times in 1 night....

After countless run in heroic Magister's Terrace, Timbal's Focusing Crystal finally dropped for me! hahaha yeay yeay.. plus I won the roll for cute lil pet phoenix hatchling and 1 rare pattern Formula:Enchant Cloak - Steelweave. Last night I talked about respec to holy but now.... hurmmmm...........
Btw i managed to get Patten: Swiftheal Mantle and Patten: Manaweave Cloak from AH at very low price...

it's been a long time since i updated this blog. Too many things happen in the time between the last post. I got a symptom where they called it burned out. 2 weeks not doing heroic, dailies, bg, farming primal, etc. Just not have the mood to do it. But now it's all over. Kembali cirit bersama rakan baru 70 Kagkorasz undead warlock. Sedap gile main bg ngan member2...
Today also the day I threw out the 2nd oldest item in my bag, skinning knife(the oldest is of course hearthstone). Yeah I drop skinning and reroll for enchanting. I keep track all my spending through out the process and probably i'll post in the next chapter of this blog.
Yeah.. after 4 weeks of netherwing dailies, i managed to get my netherdrake. 6 different choices of color but well.... after all shadow priest mount is always in shadowy purple. Btw after this no more netherwing dailies. Takes too much time compared to SSO dailies.
So far my rl friend rolling in Jubei is now 8. Plus 2 or 3 malay guys in utp channel.

Today in history... i pug gruul's lair with some bregan d aerthe and dragonsbane members. 1 shot everything... no 5 in dps table.. 1st time using vent... so vent really help in raid. This evening i also try to pug gruul, but after 5 wipes in king maulgar everybody gives up. The latter is pug without vent. Everybody busy typing cursing each rather than pew pew.
So far all epic except the cloak, still using baba's cloak. In 2 weeks maybe i can replace all +9 spell dmg gem with +12.

7 hours run in Imax. Started with 1148g, only managed to complete 2 dailies before it reset. Reset, completed all Que'danas dailies and move to Shadowmoon Valley to finish up the normal quest. But seriously it's not really worth it since it need to travel quite a long way to get it done. And without epic flying mount, it is such a pain in the ass to complete the quests.
Managed to sell 4 shadowcloth for 50g each; after bought some primal mana and fire to make spellcloth, the gold now is 1643g.
Just before log out, I just realized the price for Runed Living Ruby has dropped back to 70g (last time it's 90g). Bought 6 for my Frozen Shadoweave Set.
Final gold after 7 hours is 1229g, not much different from the start.
As a conclusion, 7 hours of my life = 6 Runed Living Ruby -_-"

Quel'danas is more fun than what i think. More ppl in this new area, leaving outland with levelling toon, reducing the rate you'll ganked by 70's.

I'm planning of using pre raid gears as suggested by elitist jerk and modified in some way by myself. I made a simulation of the model using gm account (thanks to Apeq =)) and at the end the result is 1186 shadow damage and 75 spell hit, with 7.3k hp and 8.7k mana. (ready for Kara at least). Trinket buff is not calculated into account atm.

As for welfare epic, just need to grind for honor in BG for 52k honor. Hurmm... approximately need to do AV for 100x, assuming I won all the battles ;p
In gold point of view, 1.3k g for GEMS ONLY is such a pain in the ass; as nowadays inflation is getting more and more frequent. 130 g each for primal might, 25g for each primal, 27g for large prismatic shard. Belt of blasting is now 1.2k g, darkmoon card:crusade is 1.6k g... sigh

The other day I have a very weird, i-hope-it-is true dream. I am taking final exam with WoW questions. Specifically on warlock. I still remember the first question.
1. How many points in affliction talent will you get instant cast for corruption?
In that dream, I'm thinking that I'll pass the exam with flying colors, at least I'll got an A in my 6 years in UTP, so far the highest grade I got is A- (even my internship is A- :p). Question after question, all is the basic question about warlock, no theorycraft. How come these question is so easy? I started to look around to see how other students doing. Then I just realized that I'm the only one in the main hall... Then i know this is not real. This is just a dream. Damn it.
Too much played. Too addicted. That's the comment when I told the story to my friends. I uninstalled WoW, hoping that I can reduce the addiction but it lasts only for 2 days. Then I'm installed back and played as usual.
I cant stop playing WoW. Or at least stop thinking about it.
Is this a disease? or curse? or just poison?

4 days not playing wow in utp... it's not that I'm busy with assignment or test, I just dont have the passion to play anymore in UTP. Dont know why, I hit escape button whenever I launch WoW. Yeah, 1 of the reason is absolutely because of usage of hacking program. No question about that. Today my buddy just made a video caught another player using speedhack in game. And what annoyed me most is the attitude of the other player, who also use this hacking program. "Tak tahan kene gank", "nanti dah 70 tak pakai lagi la speedhack". This is just lame excuse, jackass....
Because of you guys server jadi lag... No offense but private server is already godmode, drop rate is high, no need to grind for rep to buy epic, levelling profession is way toooo easy; grey and your skill still can go up, and still you need to use emuhack? Rofl.
You can grind mother for shoulder token with 5 man, one man down release spirit enter black temple and just tele in front mother and then just continue the battle. Rinse and repeat. Super ez godmode.
"Tak tahan kene gank tu pasal nak kene pakai speedhack nak lari" PVP server, just live with it. Ganking lowbies is the cycle of pvp server. Other people also kene gank, ada yg bising, emo, ada yang rilek je... because they know one day they will get revenge back. That's why in official server, PVE server toon cannot be transferred to PVP server since you can levelling with peace in PVE server. Pvp community will be respected more than pve or rp based server. Believe me, levelling in pvp realm is such a pain in the ass.
Another thing is the way gm control the game. Yeah.. i know, they are volunteer. But be professional plz. If you cannot say NO when your friend ask for epic to be added in their bag, then dont volunteer. You will spoil the fun of the game to others. (dude i got the log, so dont pretend innocent :p)
2 trends that i saw in private server;
1. Too obsess to tier set. After you got full set then what? Roll another char? After you roll all 9 classes then what? Roll the opposite faction? The common mentality here is loot oriented, not progress.
2. Usage of hacking program. This one is like a curse, cannot be dispelled easily. Got to have mage to decurse :p. Eventually this will make honest player to leave the game or turn into dark side. Lol.
These 2 things, sooner or later will make playing in private server is not enjoyable anymore. Yeah, this theory only apply to honest player.
So, is it time for me to call it off?

I just thinking of making a blog, about my journey and experiences in World of Warcraft. I'll post my progression in WoW as time goes by, and also my opinion on recent changes made by Blizzard and anything related to WoW.
Btw Marquis is my first toon in this world. Human priest. I chose human because male dwarf is ugly, the female is fat granny, gnome dont have priest class, and since i hate darnassus i dont roll a night elf (eventhough the female dance like a stripper :p). I dont have much choice at that time because most of my friends chose alliance.
What I enjoyed most in this game is playing with real life friend. And meet new friends. Zo, Abas, Bean, Zye, and many more. Even my own batch that i rarely speak in my 5 years in UTP before like Apeq and Nik Amir. So this online world really can bring people together :)
At first, I'm more into PVP. Since all bosses in private server hardly have their magic work out like official server. As time goes by (especially when I bought my WoW Battlechest), i like pve more. Eventhough I dont do Arena(i still dont hit 70 at this time :p) I can do Battleground and get season 1 set by using honor point, and when season 4 starts I can still buy season 2 set with honor point. So I think pve is more challenging in WoW. You have to get a good guild to see end game content. 5% of WoW community (early this year Blizz announced WoW subscribers hit 10 millions) have entered Black Temple, only 4% have downed Ilidan. Sure it feels good when you can be that 5% of WoW population. But not without hard work and dedication. In other words "cirit". :)
